Four Gables is a speculative development project looking at the rare opportunities for multi-family zoned lots remaining in El Dorado County. The project attempts to blend the value of multi-unit density with the desire of single family home living. The fourplex project embraces the traditional form of the single family home with its gable roofs, while also introducing a more modern approach to an efficient suburban life style.
